QUICK UPDATE ON THE WINTER STORM!

Good Afternoon!

We saw some heavier snow here across the island than anticipated last night and I'm going to need to up the final snowfall totals just a bit. And, as impressive as the radar was last night, look at it now! You can see the low spinning right on top of Long Island, but there is not much precipitation left with this one, just some light snow through the rest of the afternoon!\

Let's Hammer out the weather for the final snowfall totals:

FINAL ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH SATURDAY AM:

North and West of NYC: 30"+
NYC: 20-28"
Long Island: A general 8"-14"
With lesser amounts on the extreme East end of Long Island

This will go down as an historic storm!
