Tri-State Weather Update: Cloudy Start, Sunny Finish

Good afternoon!

Clouds are still lingering across the parts of the tri-state area right now, but when will they depart? Time to Hammer out the weather to find out!

For today, those couds will stick around for a few more hours before we get some breaks of sunshine this aftenoon. Highs for today will generally be in the low to mid 70s - the good news is there won't be any rain to worry about! Just those clouds...

Then tonight, watch out for areas of fog after around 9 or 10PM. If you're driving and you start to notice the fog, please take it slow because visibility will be close to 0 in some of the more denser pockets of fog! Your overnight low temperature tonight: 58 degrees.

Then tomorrow, after some morning fog lifts, we'll gradually see mostly cloudy skies become partly cloudy and we'll get oh so close to that 80 degree mark! I say we hit it on Long Island, but barely! New York City will definitely see highs reach the low 80s tomorrow.

This warm weather looks like it'll stick around for awhile and that's good news!

Have a great day and if you're a die hard '24' fan, I sure hope this series finale is awesome! It will be.

Enjoy the warmth!
