Good morning! Let's Hammer Out The Weather!

Summary:
Another damaging rain storm for parts of the tri-state area hits to end the week, then we look ahead to a decent weekend!

This Morning:
We'll have some showers around, they're likely to be more numerous to the West. There will be locally heavy downpours embedded in some of these showers this morning. It's going to be windy as well with gusts to around 25mph. Temperatures as you wake up will be in the mid 30's.

This Afternoon:
Rain continues and will be heavy at times. Highs this afternoon will make it into the upper 40's to near 50 degrees. However, it will feel cooler than that with the wind still gusting to 25mph or so.

Evening/Tonight:
Although it will be raining on and off throughout the entire day today, the heaviest of the rain holds off until late tonight. Lows will be in the low 40's and it stays windy!

Tomorrow:
We'll have rain to start the day, before tapering off to just a couple of showers. Skies will begin to clear this afternoon with temperatures topping out in the mid 50's!! Total rainfall accumulations will be anywhere from 1"-3" with the heaviest amounts the further West you are.

Weekend:
It's going to be a pretty good weekend overall. Expect a mix of sun and clouds for Saturday with highs around 50 and more of the same for Sunday!
