This Afternoon:
If you haven't made any outdoor plans yet, make some! Today's going to be perfect for the beach, maybe you can check out the Air Show at Jones Beach.
If you will be outside today though, have the sunblock on! The UV index is very high and it won't take very long at all to start burning! Water temperatures are in the upper 50's to low 60's, in case you're thinking about heading in the water at the beach...
Temperatures will be topping out in the lower 80's this afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds around. Just a really nice day.
Tonight:
Temperatures will drop down into the middle 60's as areas of fog develop once again along the coast. Otherwise, just some clouds around. Slight chance for a sprinkle, but I don't think we'll really have to worry too much about that.
Memorial Day:
Time to grill...in the sun! NYC will most likely see the 90 degree mark tomorrow! Everyone else will get into the mid to upper 80's with a few clouds around.
It won't be too comfortable outside with the humidity up. So, if you'll be outside watching a parade or barbecuing tomorrow, try to stay cool!
We will more than likely see some afternoon and evening thunderstorms pop up as well. Some of those will be on the strong side with gusty winds and heavy rainfall. Check my Facebook and Twitter pages for any storm updates throughout the day tomorrow.
